Can people give me ideas on what to when i want nicotine. I keep trying to not use it but it’s so hard.

I must have sucked on and chewed up a million Sugar Free Spearmint Life Savers when I was quitting cigarettes/ nicotine. I also drank a ton of water and started walking when cravings hit. Changed some of my daily routines as well, since they were so ingrained with smoking. I almost sold my car it reminded me so much of smoking. Keep at it!!!

I quit smoking over a year ago using the patches and gum. I had tried before and this way was successful so far. I found certain foods or fuzzy drinks made me crave badly for example cola and curry. The cravings don’t last long.

i quite way back in 85 i was going to the gym ,it was gym or cigs and the gym won
