Weight Loss and Gain

Day 15 today and I’m down almost 4pounds. I would drink at most 1-2x per week of whatever (hard, wine, or beer) and usually a lot. I would eat healthy and work out about 4-5 days per week. But it was not coming off. I kept gaining. Now that I’m not drinking I’m still craving junk food and I try to limit it but overall I have changed my habits. A smoothie every morning and salad for lunch. Dinner is the toughie. I’m hopeful for more weight loss, but my overall goal is to be happy and healthy with more energy.
