Will you explain to me what this means? I think I know but I’m not sure
Myfitnesspal sets your calorie goal as net (including workout burned calories). My new app limits me at total calories no matter what level of activity
After a significant drop on Saturday I wasn’t really expecting anything on this mornings weigh in.
Down 0.2 lbs
That officially brings me to a 5lb loss since I started again on Feb 19. That’s 5lbs in 5.5 weeks which is a pretty steady pace and not quite as slow moving as I thought ![]()

Up 3lbs. Adjusting calories down to 1520 daily and hopefully i will lose a lb a week until vacation.

No weigh in for me today. I had way too much sodium yesterday and I know that will make me a couple lbs heavier today so I chose not to put myself through that this morning. But I did not touch any of the kids chocolate so I’m proud about that.

finally broke under the 194. Not really trying to loose more, but maintain. I would like to maintain closer to 190.
86.7kg this morning which is up a little on last week. I definitely had a few lax days where I eased off of the strict rules, which is fine as I think I needed it. Still an overall 3kg down so happy enough with that.
Hi all, if you dont mind im going start using this thread, I think it will help me stay motivated,I know what im doing wrong and I know what I need to be doing to get my weight down to where it should be,no white flour at all,that’ll cut out alot of my problem foods,also sugar has to go,im going to be stepping up my training/exercising now aswell so no doubt this will help,below is my weight as of yesterday,ill be happy to get it down to 14 stone but the main thing is is just to start seeing it come down![]()
Had a brutal first couple of days in work since starting on my mission,cravings have been horrific!!! ,realised just how much i pick at stuff,ive brought these in to nibble on when i get any cravings,im gonna peel and baton a few carrots aswell,have a great day all ![]()
