14 st 12 3/4 lbs, down just over 3lb,not much fat loss here,probably just water retention,nice to see the drop though,great to see my B.P come right down to the normal range again,no doubt its connected to the diet and exercise.
14 st 10 1/2 lbs,down just over 2 lbs from last Tuesday,feeling strong during workouts,more energy overall and a lot less bloated,B.P steady in the normal range,no need to start looking at my diet or exercise again just yet!! Have a great day everyone
Hi Alisa,thanks,thatll be buckwheat,just soaked in boiling water overnight,I try and have a little bit with most meals now,it helps with hunger in between meals aswell,its very good you
Cup full of buckwheat,boiling water an inch above and wrap with cling film while still hot,some people just boil it until its like a mash,I prefere soaking instead
Weight up 1 lb but still in a good range. I did splurge the last couple weeks..
Its been a little over and year since i dropped to this range so im happy im somewhat maintaining. Its those last few lbs. Maybe im at my target weight for my exercise and macro intake…
Ill make an honest effort to drop 3lbs in the next few months. But if not maybe i need to come to terms with my current 5lb range
