14 st 7 1/4 lb,down 1 1/4 lb from last week.

Bit of a funny week that one,I was back up to 14 st 10 1/4 lb by last Friday but I know i wasn’t eating as much because I had toothache for a few days,I was using neurofen and paracetamol for the pain which can cause water retention,im happy to see it come back down in time for weigh in though :+1:t2:

Weight info for Yunna 4/1 110 lbs 5/2 102.5 lbs. today 97.5 lbs. I think I am going to start eating dog food and get lots of exercise

Training and diet going great,ill probably need to be a bit more active on my days off from work now,I cant do much more with my diet,high protein,low clean carbs,fats ill probably be able to adjust a bit and maybe say goodbye to condiments for a while.Have a great day everyone :+1:t2:

Ok I have a moment to ask maybe a stupid question. And who better to enlighten me than you? I get the Stone weight measurement and I get the pounds measurement but I don’t normally see them both when giving one’s weight. I know it is an English thing just didn’t think pounds were used when using stones. Are you Special? Well of course you are :hugs:

It probably is an English/UK thing as ive done it this way since I can remember

I was going to start being a bit more user friendly and use just pounds once I got under the 200lb mark,just don’t like writing 200 anything!!! Nothing against people over 200 pounds by the way but for me at 5ft 7in its not very good,3 or 4 weeks ill change to pounds :+1:t2:

I’m smiling and thank you…. Way to go on the downward journey on weight. Personally I hate the 200 thing too. 190 makes me crazy. Trying hard to get below 180 right now. Keep on doing the good stuff

Guess ill join in here now. Had my eye on this for a bit. Now enough days into sobriety that im not craving nearly as much sugary things as a replacement and feel like im a bit more disciplined with my eating to start tracking weightloss.

Weighed in today at 80kg. About 3.55 kg down from 30 days ago at 83.55.

I was approximately 87kg when i quit drinking 137 days ago.

Tough week,my weight went up a few pound again by last Friday,I added some extra cardio and it done the job,its becoming a bit of battle this!! :flexed_biceps:t2:

Im going to do a little experiment for a week and maybe carry on with it,ill cut out all condiments and start using low sodium salt,herbs and spices on my meals,i dont use much salt but im always using sauces on meals, there is reason for the midweek weight gain,id like to know why :+1:t2:

Back down to my lowest weight in several years. Still a ways to go before I hit my goal, but progress is progress. Things that have been working for me:

  1. Tracking weight again
  2. Not eating after putting the kids to bed
  3. Drinking more water
  4. Eating the same healthy, zero-prep meals on workdays for lunch
  5. Having a protein shake for breakfast
  6. Sobriety
  7. Reframing unhealthy eating habits in my mind as yet another addiction that I must resist one day at a time.
  8. Alli over-the-counter fat-blocking medication and metamucil fiber powder when I have a fatty meal for damage control.
  9. Imagining a future where I have ample energy and can do athletics again without fear of injury from lack of up-keep.
