Cheers April love, hope to be Inspired and learn a lot about different ideas to shedding a few stone. I’m going to look into the keto especially now I’m no longer drinking. I never gave it a second thought before because it was not compatible with my alcohol intake.
For breakfast i had nothing since i ate late lastnight coming out of work i decided to fast for breakfast and move into lunch with a good turkey sandwich dinner lets see excited for my FRIDAY WEIGH IN LETS GOOO !!!

Thanks love, it’s a new experience for me that’s all. I’ve heard so many different things related to keto. So it’s always seemed complicated trying to get the balance right.
You can look at it like I do… “cut out certain foods… and EAT THE REST” Thats my complicated formula, lol. Honestly. I never have to be hungry or count calories…some people might, but it hasn’t been something I concern myself with.
I’m always willing to give everything a try. I’m 78 days alcohol free now and usually when I cut down it drops off. But I’m usually working golfing twice a week but now I’m unable to do anything physical so the dieting alone is being a bit of a struggle. I’m basically awaiting a full knee replacement but need to shed a few pounds before they will consider doing the OP. The problem is I’ve always played rugby so I’m a big boy anyway I’m 6ft 3 inch and always been in the zone of 16 to 18 stone for my fighting weight. Always felt and looked good. But now I’ve popped into the 20st bracket simply because I’m not able to do anything. Plus feeling sorry for myself I think. Anyway I’m boaring you now so I’ll leave there I’ll be looking on you tube to get info about it so thank you love.

I would have been slightly irritated, but on the plus side your weight is optimal. My doctor labeled me overweight, cause of my BMI, like c’mon man I have like 8% body fat.

That’s 7.2 kg in 3 weeks. Thats fantastic. How often are you working out and for how long?
My workouts are 15 to 20 minutes for now
And i work out 5 days a week
And i dont overeat
Changed sodas , sweet drinks , for only water and our favorite peppermint tea !
Thats it thats all i do in 3 weeks i lost 8kg 7.2 is 15 pounds i went from 224 to 208 thats 16lbs 8kg ?
Well got the ball rolling, breakfast 4 egg omelette mixed peppers with chopped bacon. I’m stuffed if I’m honest but what’s my next stage do I only eat when I’m hungry or should I be eating every so many hours . Advice welcome thanks

My advice and what works for me is eating at certain time windows and not overeating only eating when your hungry if you get hungry going into your next meal you can snack on something healthy if you feel like if you over did your meal with to many calories i suggest peppermint tea or pineapple tea to help with bloating and digestion …works great goodluck !
