Weightloss CHECK IN : dont give up (Part 1)

4 eggs is alot. Try half it and do two egg omelette. That’s how I make mine and its thick enough and does not break . also I don’t add anything to egg mix, I just beat two eggs supper fluffy and no butter in pan and not milk or cream to egg mix. Very clean.

I suggest having your meals at set times. Its good to have routine. If you just eat when ever you are hungry you will not be In control. I don’t recommend it. I eat at 1pm and 6-7pm. I fast from 8pm till 1pm the next day. I wake up at 5am every day and I have a coffee as soon as I wake up. I have about 3 coffees a day. Soy milk. I drink 3 litres of water a day… Be careful with the bacon in your omelette. Bacon is very fatty… Drink green tea when ever you get naughty food cravings.

I somewhere read that 1 kg of Body fat equals approx 7000 calories.
When i started to exercise 1 hour each day on my indoor bike it always told me that i burnt like 500 calories. I lost approx 1 kg every two weeks, which would roughly match the assumption that 1 kg of Body fast equals 7000 calories

So I’m on day 4 no dairy
no carbs
no processed sugar
no sweets
no bread
no red meat

So far so good. Last night I nearly broke. I had intense cravings for something sweet. I even had to remove the ice cream that had been stored in my freezer and melt it down the sink and I had some cookies in my cupboard from chritmas that were calling my name , I pulled them out and covered them in dish washing liquid and put them in the bin lol :joy: took care of the problem before it was a problem! :joy: I had a camomile tea instead. I’m excited to get past this first week minus all I listed above. It will be the first attempt ever in my life cutting all of them out at the same time. Need to take drastic measures if I want to see drastic changes​:trophy:

What kind of diet are you on?

I know you said your trying to trim fat, but damn I think that would empty half my fridge.

I did make substitutions though,
Soy milk instead of whole milk,
Whole wheat instead of white bread
No pastas, no sugary snacks

I just eat clean. No dairy. No bread/wheat. No sugars. Lots of veggies, salads, fruit, fish. And I fast from 8pm till 1pm most days.

I balance my meals through the day, my friend is going the fasting route have no idea how its working for him, but I hear mixed reviews

It works for me. I enjoy it , its not a chore. Because it allows me to enjoy my food much more and saviour it and it allows me to cherish my meal times. If I didn’t , I would eat the entire supermarket and have tacobell delivered everyday lol :joy:

2 weeks on this diet and almost 2 kilo lost (4,4 lbs).
I’m a vegan for 2 years and my diet right now is wfpb no oil. I allow myself to eat soy milk and yoghurt because of the calcium and B12 (is added in them in the Netherlands, not sure if other countries do so).
Bought some extra healthy snacks and stuff yesterday that fit in this way of eating.


That’s the easy part because I work in a store who sells it :grin:

It looks a bit like my way of eating, but without the fish. And I eat dark brown bread ore rye bread sometimes.

I was actually going to start adding hemp seeds to my smoothies… I get frustrated with chia seeds coz when I’m washing my blender they are stuck every where and are so hard to get off the sponge lol… I keep thinking if I dont get them off the dish sponge that second they will over night start to grow like chia pets!!! Lol :joy:

But they have a lot of fibers and calcium so that’s why I bought it again. My calcium intake is to low right now.
And hemp seeds I love the taste of it, a bit like nuts! :yum:
Going to try weatgrass again…it’s healthy but I hate the small and taste of it :face_vomiting:

I use to Drink wheat grass shots like 25 yrs ago ! They were cool back then lol. I still remember the taste lol. They would always give u an orange wedge to suck on after it lol
