I’ll be on it for a full week then see what the scales say, to be fair it will be minus 14 eggs and 14 rashers of bacon. So when you look at it it’s a big drop :+1:

I am enjoying it😊 but your clean eating motivated me to mayb throw it away now and do a bit more clean eating and more research on what bread can do if you have to much

I had a nightmare where i was overeating and eating what i wanted i woke up shocked and i couldnt beileve i messed up my routine and dicsipline but THANK GOD it was a dream :pray: im good just a nightmare ! Hope everyone on here has a blast today !

Thats almost a whole pig lol :joy: look forward to see how you go! I add tumeric and black cracked puppet on top of my eggs for taste , but the combination of the two work magic together for our bodies/health. Tumeric is a powerful spice !

Weekly Sunday weigh in… 72.8kg… I keep fluctuating between 71 and 73… I have a meeting tomorrow morning at a new F45 style gym. Its a circuit style intense personal PT gym. Its exactly what I think I need. I need a place I can go to that has circuit type lay outs so I dont get bored. And being accountable will be huge help. Working out on my own isnt creating the change I want to see… Time to raise the stakes!! :trophy::100::boom:

Pfff, I hate my scale sometimes. I know it’s normal my weight is fluctuating, but common: 0,7 kilo/1,5 lbs! :pensive:

I started my morning with a chai tea smoothie
Loosing weight a couple pounds to look our best feeling our best is going to be tough by all means it is not an easy route by all means do not quit do not give up no matter whether you see your scale number budge or not tweak your diet up your cardio but whatever you do do not fall back keep the vision and goal at all times at the forefront of your reason to doing this ! You are strong you are loved you are worth an amazing weightloss DO NOT GIVE UP !!!

Weekly weigh in day for me. So, this week I’m down 1.2 lbs being my over all loss of 6 lbs in exactly 6 weeks (151.8 lbs to 146.8 lbs). Please don’t think I’m complaining about my loss as I know I’m actually doing well by what I’m going to say next, BUT I’m kind of surprised that I’m not losing a little more readily. The last couple of days I’m now drinking more than 100 oz of water daily. I’ve bumped up my cycle/bike workouts from 20 minutes to 30 minutes daily. I dont drink much pop (if I do its one a little every couple of days) and I have been watching what I eat and put into my body. My hubby can also smell key tones on my breath, so I know I am going in and out of ketosis periodically…

Since I quit drinking 7 1/2 weeks ago of either 2 bottles of wine a day plus or close to 8 or more beers a day or mixing up the combination of the 2 (how many TONS of empty calories can all that crap add up to?!?!?) and eating a LOT better, drinking over half my weight in water, and exercising daily that how can I not be losing a little quicker?!

Anyway, it really ultimately is OK as this is a lifelong journey, that there is never going to be a miraculous end point of sorts. This is an entire whole lifestyle change for a lifetime. Daily exercise, cleaner eating, working on my happiness and mental state. It is and I am a constant work in progress.

I need to stay focus and fully realize I am doing myself and my body RIGHT at long last and that it is not a race to get to the imaginary finish line. Inner peace and happiness is something very important too and that has had a calming affect on me as well. I’ve been spending some of my time reading.

So really, everything is truly all good! Thanks for listening and here’s to another week that lies ahead of us!

Today was an instresting day for my morning i had a chai tea smoothie then for lunch i had 3 fried platain slices with eggs and beans for dinner wich i just had was a peice of melon , pineapple , 5 sushis 3 peaches and a turkey burger with mozzerella cheese tomato avacado iam done for the whole night im going to drink peppermint tea now for my digestion system thats it ! Very proud of myself …

Day 1 of keto, feeling a little apprehensive having never done or thought of doing before. So I’ve stuck to the 2 egg omelette but cut out the bacon like you advised. Got a feeling that I may feel hungry in the next few hours, so what’s the best to snack on that you find best thanks :+1:

This was breakfast and touch wood not really feeling hungry yet. So I’m going to wait I think until I’m feeling like I want something. Hope it’s a good idea :man_shrugging:
