If you find you’re over hungry, or overeating at next meal, a snack with protein in between can help keep you full. A handful of almonds (or other nuts), plain Greek yogurt, boiled eggs, cottage cheese, veggies & hummus etc are a few examples (not necessary keto unless they’re high fat snacks, but these might help keep you full/help with cravings). Avocado is a great healthy fat too, as Buts mentioned.

What are you putting in your smoothies? I love smoothies but i go through phases where I will make them for two weeks straight then completely forget about them by accident because I start craving something else lol. Like right now I’m on my boiled egg phase lol but I’m getting tired of it so I think today I will plan a new break-fast option… I think its so funny that the work breakfast is called that coz we are breaking our fast literslly … Break-fast. I think I didnt learn this till I was in high school

For my smoothies i got 2 in particular that are my favorite 1st one i add 1/2 protein vanilla plant based protein powder 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk 1/4 cup of chilled chai black tea 1/2 frozen banana and use water or more almond milk to mix awesome ! The second one i add 1/2 frozen banana 1 cup protein vanilla powder 1/2 tablespoon of unsalted natural peanut butter 1/2 cup of oats use water or more unsweetend almond milk for mix perfect for breakfast to keep you full until lunchtime !
Oh yea i get you i go thru the egg phase the favorite sandwich phase but it beats the overeating and junk food in our digestive system plus healthy foods are taaaasty even more so meaninful when you cook your own meal the way you like

I was just having this convo, about why I should switch to gold standard, I was using this stuff I bought on Amazon
I just got into protein powder …and i picked up a local store brand plant based vanilla protein powder for my smoothies part of the ingredients good taste im sure when i get around ill be able to give a more in depth opinion on protein powders having fun is also important in this journey i love reading up on the nutrients and vitamins they give LETS GOOOO !!!

Thats almost exactly how I make my smoothies lol minus the oats and chai. Unfortunately I can’t eat oats they bloat me something hectic! I put baby spinach in my smoothies for vitamins. Its great coz you can’t taste it.
