Hid empties in my wardrobe and actually they are still there. I really need to throw them out.
And this is sad, but…I used to drink wine in bottles, and polished off like 2 a night. We can’t recycle glass at our new place in the council pick up, so I changed to boxed wine so I could throw out the aluminium bag and crush the cardboard for recycling…I would only crush a few though, the rest I would hide in other trash so no one noticed how much I drank.

Had an old broken electric pencil sharpener (noone knew it was broken lol). Used to take the plastic case off and hide it in there…also used to cut a small slit in the fly/crotch of my jeans on the inside of the zipper and stash it there till i got home and put it in my veins or pencil sharpener lol so ridiculois looking back

I’d sleep under 6 blankets to make sure the light of my phone or laptop wouldn’t be visible at all. I’d sweat bullets in winters, imagine the summers. And even worse, I’d only shower/wash myself once every week.
I’d also put my phone in my underpants so I could walk to my room without my dad noticing me bringing my phone to my room.

We used to have a mini Xmas tree outside which was potted. I cut a hole in the bottom of it so it was hollow so when I used to lift it up out of the pot
Voila- my hidden stash. Quite inventive I thought.
Often had to rinse what I was hiding but it was very accessible right next to the back door

Used to bury my stash outside. But the times I would try to hide i was drinking around my family was the craziest! Hidden bottle of clear stuff mixed with my sparkling water. I found bottles in closets and stuffed in “workout” bags! I too have to work through the shame but it gets better every day!!!

Never hid bottles as I had no one to hide them from.
In the days when I’d take other substances, I cut a small hole on the inside of my bra so it was like a little pocket and I’d keep stuff in there.
Even when going on nights out into places where we’d get searched before we went in they would never have searched in there.

Also, behind books on a bookshelf. We had quite a few books but I put my stash behind biochemistry text books as I thought my wife would not look at those for a quiet evening read. She still found them.
