Cacao mix with reishi mushroom and Cinnamon powder!! I get these sometimes at the natural foods market I go to and you just mix them with hot water.. there’s a couple different kinds by this brand

It kinda taste like a combination of coffee and hot chocolate. It’s actually really good and I’m going to buy a few more packets of this they’re like less than a dollar.. I’m starting to see A lot of different drinks that have mushrooms in them and I guess they help with energy or mood and lots of different things. There is lots of different brands that have mushroom coffee or mushroom drinks also but I’m new to this whole mushroom thing lol. At least regular mushrooms or non-psychoactive mushrooms ha ha

Your fear is understandable but supposedly there is a lot of health benefits to different types of mushrooms. I don’t know about that myself but I just know that it’s some thing I need to maybe read about. But I definitely hear what you’re saying and being skeptical. That’s actually a good thing.. And you’re right there is a lot of small mom and pop type companies and who knows where this stuff is coming from. I’m definitely going to actually read about it tonight at some point so I can be knowledgeable about this mushroom craze that I’m seeing recently

100g frozen raspberries
5g creatine
About 200ml very cold water
40g Banana peanut butter whey
Whizz it all in the magic bullet! The frozen raspberries get it deliciously cold!
About 200 cals max / 35 grams protein.

This makes me really proud that I have a collection of Evian bottles and San Pellegrino! I’m a completely different person. It used to be vodka bottles now it’s water! I’m not sure what made me start saving them but it just happened. I probably would have way more of the Evian but sometimes I forget. I drink at least one of those a day because it’s the perfect amount of water to last the whole day…And I like the minerals that are in there
The Evian is on top of my fridge and the san Pellegrino is in my room on this little ledge by my collage of places I want to travel

I have been to several competitions and tried many of the electrolytes (both liquid and powder) they’ve provided for athletes. Never liked any of them. This one, however, has been by far the best one I have ever tasted. It was given to athletes at the first Hyrox mini I did. I’ve been obsessed ever since. It’s not preserved AF like whatever else is out there. It’s sooo good.

They are really refreshing when I was a kid they were packed of sugar but they must’ve change the formula because there’s only 1 g of sugar and B vitamins. I actually really like them.. I just like having my fridge full of all kinds of drinks but I didn’t think about it when I bought this across the street at work and now I’m about to get off and I have to bike home with this case of drinks lol

I get these individual sometimes at the gas station but I didn’t know there was a large bottle of it at the store now!! Definitely one of my favorite drinks and it’s very refreshing

Fanta is an underestimated soda and doesn’t get enough credit as a good soda in my opinion. But I usually get the pineapple one I never tried any others.. Lately I have been trying to get sugar-free because I feel like it’s the sugar that makes me crash Especially in the afternoon

I’ve never seen bottles like this. I only remember the giant 99 cent cans everyone drank when I was in high school . I didn’t even know the cans were still a thing but my daughter came home with one the other day. Of course it cost her a lot more than 99 cents now lol
