Stay at home mom here.
My days include…
Cooking
Cleaning
Playing with my son while my daughter is at school
Checking our finances and paying bills
Fixing things around the house
During my son’s Naptime I do the things I can’t get to when he’s awake
Tuck the kids in for the night
Journal at night
Spend time with my husband before bed
If I have an hour or two to myself I do things that make me feel I’m caring for myself like sheet masks, painting my nails or doing a foot bath.
Doing the last thing makes me feel like I’ve turned my down time into quality time instead of quantity time where a good me time depended on whether I drank enough beers or finished the wine bottle.
