I think one of the best ways to keep the urge off your mind is to keep ur self busy,like for me I try to work long hours so I can get tired and get home and sleep and also spend time with my daughters like going out to eat or going to a park etc…

For me it’s reading and writing and working on the idea that I’m trying to create something in order to help other people. Definitely being creative or working towards creativity in so e way. So just draw, write, cook, talk, dance, whatever it is, it doesn’t have to be amazing, it doesn’t have to be good… Just has to be you doing something. The last few days I’ve been going for walks around town, it’s been dark and I’ve been enjoying looking at the lights and feeling full of energy and just being generally overwhelmed with the world. It’s an amazing place to be this world of ours and we can just experience it head on, keep ourselves moving, keep the world moving. I admire your will to keep things up and moving along. Keep it up!
Going out for a walk,calling a clean friend,exercise,football,listening to a song and singing with my favourite one,making my favourite dish,watching a comedy show,talking/spending time with family,going for a trip,dancing on a hiphop song ,mock fight with someone,hitting punching bags,observe my temptation as an outsider and talk to myself about that uncomfortable feel n say myself i will be fine in a while. That’s all the things I usually do to take off my mind.
