It can mean other things. But around here I see it mostly used as Alcohol Free. Depends on the context.

I use it both ways…alcohol free and as f**k. In fact, my tank top today says, Zen AF .

In addition to “alcohol free”, another acronym is atrial fibrillation (a heart condition) which is used in a recent post/topic
