I own an herb farm and herbal tea company. I praise all the benefits of herbal medicine and wellness, while I was chugging vodka from a bottle hidden in the toilet tank at work.

Cruising towards 90 days sober! :tada:

Funny you ask that because… one of if not the main reason I got off methadone for pain is I bought a pre established high volume reaturant in the city. My hisband has been there for many many years. I am excited but nervous. Im afraid Iwont get my pain under control. Its all very overwhelming to think of. We take over june 17 and this is only day 4 clean.

Currently unemployed, but was a software developer and IT project manager for large insurance companies. Dream jobs I wished for: pilot, visual effects, forensic investigator, inventor!

Thats really great and so important these days! I don’t talk about it much but our son was diagnosed on the autistic spectrum when he as 4yo - nothing specific but at 21 now seems to have mild asperger’s syndrome. He is amazing, has many friends, and is doing pretty well in college - on the nerdy/geeky/awkward side. Now he wants to work with children to help them too!

Respiratory Therapist. Take care of people on life support and with breathing difficulties. Lots of pressure and a high intensity job. I love what I do but I think the high demands have only aided in my self loathing and drinking problems.
