I need everyone to just hear me out for a second! Ignore the fact that she’s behind the song “Call Me Maybe”, BUT I forgot just how many fire pop cuts Carly Rae Jepsen had. I just discovered one about a week ago that I’ve never heard before with The Knocks. It was released nine years ago and I can’t get enough of it. It’s definitely going to show up on my Spotify Wrapped this year. I remember seeing her at Pitchfork here in Chicago when she was promoting her album “Emotion”. She was SO AMAZING live!
