Grey Grey Grey, and now with rain. A lot more rain to come, and not Just little drops, its going to poooour down. For days

From Massachusetts but recently moved to southern Arizona. Total opposites when it comes to weather, not just in temp/variation, but also predictability.
The weather is sun. Always sun.
As we head into autumn, the sun is no longer trying to kill me at least. (I do love it here, and the heat wasn’t as bad as I imagined).
Today it’s 87°F, 30°C…very mild compared to my experience so far. It can go for weeks in summer where it’s over 110°F, 43°C.
Without fail, my Dad asks every time I call “what’s the weather looking like this week?”, and I have to remind him that I really have no need to check the forecast anymore. It’ll be sun, and if rain is gonna come, it’ll show up between ~2-5pm or overnight. Been here 3 months and there has been TWO overcast days. Any monsoons that roll through are generally intense but short-lived.
I think he just asks for his own amusement at this point and darn well knows the answer 
just messin’ with me!
