Thatās great. Yeah God Is is an amazing gift of music, love and compassion to the world. Funny, cause Iām not really a fan of Kayne West nor his music (heās had a couple of good hits tho) But, his album Jesus is King is different. Itās beautiful. And God Is, is my most listened to song in my life thus far! And itās only been out a couple years! Iplayed it everyday on repeat for a good year when it first came out, haha (Spotify informed me I was in the top 2% of listeners in the world! Lol) I cherish the words in that song and Iām so thankful he wrote it. When I first heard it, I cried, the words touched my heart and soothed my soul

The same happened to me. I listen very little to Kanye West, I think the last time I paid attention to one of his albums was āGraduationā, I speak little English and the first thing I did was listen to the melody without understanding the lyrics very well, I loved it , then I looked for the song with the lyrics and translation and it touched my heart a lot, the first miracle of recovery in me, is having come to believe in a higher power, the words fall short because for an ex-atheist person It was impossible for me to put God in his heart, and realizing that he was always there, patient and always giving me his love. my skin bristles remembering the moment of my first spiritual awakening, listening and understanding the lyrics took me to that day I understand a lot when you say you cried when you heard it for the first time, I understand your calm and it is a great gift as you say, it gave me so much I am glad that I made my mother listen to her, she is a great believer and I think that thanks to her prayers I am alive today. I donāt like to be intense with this topic because sometimes it can be uncomfortable to talk about God. but it makes me happy to share this with you.

If anyone has never heard the sing a million ways to run by Terri Clark, it would be worth the time to check out, Iām just getting sober again, just hitting day three, after a 10 year relapse with drinking, and itās really soothing

It was wonderful
A few years ago I had an existential crisis when I realized that I was turning 30 and had wasted a lot of time in my life, and I had no awareness of growing up and taking responsibility for myself, the fear of living life as it is stagnated me. sometimes it fills me with guilt but today I do things differently and that comforts me, the growth of being responsible and spiritual growth. Iām still learning.
