I’m training with a sober buddy on the swim and bike portions of next weekend’s triathlon. No running for me until race day, I’m letting my Achilles recover as much as possible before I thrash it again.

No, bending is the wrong word…channelling may fit better.
Yesterday I started experimenting with astral travelling. My first time. It was a strange feeling, nothing really happened yet (of course not, it was my first time) but the feeling I had a few times was indescribably awesome. Going to try that again today.
