My walkman still works got lots of tapes
I hope he wasn’t a dentist. Those things got tetanus written all over them. ![]()
Don’t know if this oldest, it’s a mid 80’s Yamaha SE-350. This was my first guitar, I got it on my 12th birthday in 1990. It was originally pearl white but when I was 16 I sanded it down to the wood. I was going to paint it but never got around to it.
Honestly, I don’t really play it anymore, it needs new frets and the electronics need re-soldering. I just can’t seem to let it go.
@Chiron and @Ray_M_C_Laren Love that you still have a working walkman (cassette and cd)
@HoofHearted beautiful guitar Dan - i do like the wood look — maybe a little restoration and it could make a come back ![]()
@Louloubelle OMG i’m in love Louise
@acromouse I do love the antique pieces - you’ve kept it in great condition.
Probably my grandpas dog tags from WWII

I got this for the wife a few weeks ago. The lady I bought it off had it in the family a little over 40 years. So this is now the oldest thing we own
Oh that’s beautiful
…I bet your wife loves it!
A hope chest (an actual chest) from 1860’s. It was made for a bride who married into our family line and it’s been passed down as a keep sake ever since.
Oh that’s so awesome… love stories like this one… seeing things we’ll cated for and passed on through the generations ![]()
A ring my grandma gave me, she passed in 2000, and I still wear it.
