Ive been watching her for years now, her channel and courses have helped me so much.
Shes not a doctor or therapist or anything like that, just a lady who has lived through and healed her own childhood truma and learnt lots along the way. Now she helps other people.
She really is amazing.
I love her most of all because she gives solutions on how to solve issues, helps people understand and face what their part is in the difficulties they now have in their lives so we dont keep repeating the same damaging behaviour.
She comes from a 12 step (i think Al-anon) background so it makes sense and fits in really well with recovery.
(P.s i dont work for her in anyway i just really love her channel and telling people about hahha 
)

Been following the Rokkit Kit, Adventure Fishing UK and Man + River youtube channels recently - I find them all quite relaxing.
