Hi Everyone.
Any advise for someone who does not get along with his boss? We did get along before we moved over to a corporate company but now everything has changed. I still report to him but our team has grown and I’m the 3rd wheel now.

@Zyzz1990 I believe we are not always going to get along with everyone & that’s OK. My advise is to just do your best & try to make it fun! It’s a blessing to have a job! Sorry things didn’t work out with your boss but it’s not the end of the world. Just be cordual & keep it moving lol Good luck, stay strong! 
A work environment makes a huge difference in your life.
If you have a crappy job, it’s going to affect your personal life too. It can lead to things like depression and it’s not really going to help with your addiction either.
Sounds like you have been at that company for a while, and you said you had a good job so I’m assuming you’re a skilled worker. Have you perhaps looked for anything else? Maybe you’ll even find a better job that comes with an increased salary?

Poo that’s a tough one. I had the same situation and it blew up on me. If I could do it again I’d ask for a transfer…after he fired me, his boss realized I was doing the work and fired him. Everything happens for a reason though. I landed with a better job and better pay. Good luck.
