My town has about 2,000 people and I’m pretty sure 99% of this town drinks
I live in Phelan CA, it’s pretty much a red neck town, dirt roads, no street signs, big yards, and tweakers. Population maybe 1,000

Right on. I prolly drove close by there the other day. Was coming home from mammoth. South on 395 to 215. We drove thru a couple hick towns and I saw a few tweekers on bicycles
