I vistited your country 2 months ago, loved it there! Did the North Coast 500.
Well dpne for your decision to live sober/clean.
I’m addicted to alcohol and this app has helped me a lot to stay sober. First year of my recovery I was here every day.
My advice would be to be here as much as you can! There is loads of info to find about how to change your habits into healhier onces

Ive accually never done the north coast 500 looks fab! This app is really helping me too - i just need to keep strong & go one day at a time - im finding keeping active on here & keeping busy is really helping me! & lots of good food! Thanks for your support!

Some of my favorite Talking Sober folks are Scots! I’ve visited my grandmother’s childhood home in Edinburgh and ruined my corduroy trousers with salt from the Firth of Forth. That was many years ago, but it made such an impression on me that I’ve always wanted to return.
