I’ve been so busy with grad school I never showed you guys my new kitten!!! Rescued him at 8 weeks. He turned 6 months today and he was the catalyst to my other 2 cats finally getting along after 1.5 years is living together.
Meet Salamander…
Is it normal that I am MUCH quicker to fall in love with pets than humans? I mean, between Peanut, Archie, Winston and Salamander, I am floored… Not even to speak of Luna the puppy opposite the street!
Ha ha, those eyes!!
Totally relatable
She’s still got it.
This is Cow. The neighborhood cat that lives on my parents block. He goes wherever he pleases. Today was my parents porch. This was before I left for work…
He’s very friendly
With ginormous feet!
He talks alot
And still there when I got out of work
Went to the vets for a checkup. A healthy tomcat of 6.3 kilos.
Before we could leave I had to stuff a huge tomcat into a small basket. A challenge. I threw away the sweater I was wearing, it was in tatters
Poor tomcat, glad he’s all healthy!
Sooo…I lied to you guys My daughter plays with the girl who owns Cow. When I picked her up there today, I showed them the pictures of ‘Cow’, and they say “Oh, that’s not Cow, that’s Marvin! He lives somewhere across the woods. We think they might be brothers…but they hate each other.” I did think he was missing some white, but I hadn’t seen him in a while and the personality was identical. Now that I’ve compared the pictures I feel like an idiot
This is the real Cow
But I mean…c’mon! Look at those feet
Mr Blue is a wild one… Growling, thrashing and obsessive over his “prey”. I try not to play Da Bird with him too often as he gets very focused (he’s been up almost 20 hours wanting to play). Very high prey drive in this one.
Bear however is the recipient of the growling…
They are both total soft lads so no fighting whatsoever, but Blue is a beast!
