Poor.girl. Had to go to the vet and have her blood drawn today. She might be seriously sick if her pancreatitis came back or her liver enzyme values are astronomically high like they were last spring. We will wait and see.

This is Cheeseburger, he first belonged to my sponsee, who struggled deeply before he could no longer face life. RIP Brad. When that time came, I took Cheeseburger in, a small piece of love that remained behind.
Now, life has come full circle, my daughter, away at university, has adopted him as her own. He’s back home with me for a while before the holiday break, a gentle reminder that love, once given, continues to find new places to live. Cheeseburger is her emotional support animal now!
