Thank you! Upon examination, the vet said he didn’t think we needed to do any tests right now except to maybe check her blood pressure, but after that he said he decided to do some chest xrays and get an updated look at her heart and kidneys. They gave her some sub-q fluids and gave me the rest of the bag to try and give her some at home (which she hates).
I’ll find out the results tomorrow.

I’ve done that if you need help let me know. Wish you could hold her and I could do it. Once upon a time, I hung the bag on a hanger, and hung it on a picture hook above the bed, the kitty on the bed. Also hung it from a kitchen cabinet door with her on the floor. I was lucky, she liked it, and waited for it. They gave me a smaller gauge needle than what they used. It meant it flowed in slower but also was easier to put in.
I have the stuff here for this kitty just in case. I need to figure out where I would do it.

My Daisy cat has not been herself in the last week or so. Sleeping in the weirdest of places, like above the fridge, and just looking a bit depressed and lacking her usual energy.
We finally figured out what was wrong! She went ‘out on the town’ and kicked up her heels on an all nighter about a week or more ago.
She came home about 5:30 AM when l got up for work!
She is normally an indoor cat, but has taken an interest in a stray in our cul de sac, who obviously lured her out to cavort around the neighbourhood with him.
The end result was a nasty infestation of fleas!! Lucky she’s desexed, or it could have been worse!
Anyway, l never knew that a bout of fleas could change an animal’s disposition so much.
She’s much better now, but it took a few different treatments to get rid of those disgusting critters.
