Where my cat people? (Part 1)

Lol. Absurd. I love inky.

One of my cats has been to the groomers today, where I believe he was bathed along with the de-matting that he went for…but now my other cat won’t stop hissing and growling at him. I can summise that it’s because he doesn’t recognise how he smells but how long will this go on for, any advice?

Cant believe it’s only been 2 weeks since we brought her in. Obviously her eyes look great but nose is much better. Not discharge. She loves playing with the kids and dog. And loves to drink out of the dogs water bowl. :joy::joy:

Thank you! That means a lot when we hear it. We didnt know what we were in for or how long she’d be with us for. We expected the worse when we took her to the vet. I’m glad the worse didnt happen cause the laughter my son has when he plays with her is the best. Reminds me why I am sober

That’s awesome. And her coat looks great. She looks so happy. Great job Lucy knew you all needed her.

I agree. Her coat looks amazing! I’ve been brushing her out and gave her a water less shampoo bath. So fluffy afterwards

I’ve volunteered fostering bottle baby kittens and I know the fear you feel when you think they might not pull through. Frankly after seeing her I was keeping my fingers crossed SO hard for you. She was pretty bad off. These little ones would never gave a chance on their own. They need humans to step in. So thank for you took the chance. I mean just look at her perfect little face now. It’s been great to see the turn around. Truly uplifting.

Ya. Once the vet told me if we didn’t rescue her, she would’ve only had 2 weeks to live. The lady that caught her at work was so thankful we took her. Shes seen a lot of cats/kittens pass outside of the plant. So it’s nice knowing we did something so many people appreciate.

My son just asked who this kitty was and said it looked like Lucy Loo. Other than the eye color they do! Theres another one roaming around outside of work that looks like lucy only bigger

it’s definately because of the smell. same when you get one cat anesthetized. mumbling and beeing shy. vanishes after a few days - when cat smells like cat again

Found these 2 roaming out side. The dark black/white one loves to just bask in the sun. Get close enough to pet then run off.

I have a friend who will tempt strays he finds with a can of sardines. They’re cheap and can fit in a pocket.
