We take ourselves too seriously most of the time. So, I thought it would be funny if we posted pics of what it looks like when we accidentally turn the front camera on.
I am ashamed of my body, and what I have allowed myself to do in order to cope with trauma; this is me letting the idea go that my worthiness and value is found only in my appearance, one unflattering picture at a time!

Such a great message.
I took this up-nose shot the other day trying to snap a selfie with my pup and I suppose it might be unflattering but it just makes me feel the joy I was having in that moment with her.
