snow emergency parking ticket? I just had to look into these as I did not know this existed. DAMN!
It’s definitely a thing in the biggest Nebraska cities. A lot of neighborhoods only have street parking. If a car is there, the road doesn’t get plowed properly..Oohhh, do people get testy on both sides of the situation. 
WOW - yeah I can see how it would be an issue for both parties involved… learning new things.

I know for the street cleaners.. there is no relief from a ticket if you are parked on street cleaning days… Being ignorant of the signage is no excuse… I see some parked right beside the sign..
This is Minnesota. If we aren’t complaining about the amount of snow, we’d be complaining about the lack of it.

I miss the snowy winters we had.

climate change ate them up. it’s too warm for snow and the low pressure areas that brought snow became less. it’s a pity
