That’s the strangest thing I’ve seen, like cells under a microscope. Which is better than my first thought of condoms.

Thanks for sharing, unusual!

I can’t show in a photo how cold it is - but that is why this snow is so fluffy and light. Approximately 5° F now. This is all new snow.

Everything is officially frozen. I’m surprised that there aren’t any ice fishers out there. I’m ready for spring.

We were only expected to get freezing temperatures this weekend. Of course, we got that AND snow. I had to shovel my driveway three times yesterday. I actually don’t mind it. It’s like a mini CrossFit workout. :joy:

This morning it felt like -15°F.

Lake Michigan is pure ice.

I just looked outside, here in Pittsburgh PA (USA), to see how much of the 14” of snow has melted since it’s not been above 14 degrees this week.

I hear ya! I’m in central pa. Pretty sure it’s going to be June before it all melts

50°f day in February. The lake won’t be frozen very long.

Our Lake Champlain froze over on Friday - I’m sure there are gaps in the ice after the last 2 days, though!

This lake is much smaller and has been frozen since January. If the weather we’ve been having here heads your way I’m sure lake Champlain won’t be frozen very long. I’ve had to remind myself the past few days that it is only February and winter is not over yet
