I’m unfortunately taking a bit of a recovery period. My knees have been bothering me recently, and this past week they screamed at me that I needed a break. I’ve been doing what I can but all my favorite things are hard on my knees so I need to be a bit more creative. Trying to see the silver lining.

It’s not hard on the knees at all, provided the seat, handlebar, peddle geometry is set right. If it’s not, one can get knee pain. Raise or lower the seat an inch or two makes all the difference.

This saturday I’m participation in extremerun. Which is 16 k with 34 obstacles on the way. So this was the last run before that. Upper body at the Gym tomorrow
