@funnydad I’m up for adding another layer mid April. Any suggestions? Planks are pretty good to incorporate into a routine and are low impact with full body benefits. Plus I read an article that says 20-30 seconds is all you need, none of this 4min planks BS
(which I used to do :skull: :neutral_face: :coffin:).

I dont know muay thai, kind of a thai oriented martial arts? What are the limbs of muay thai?
In yogic philosophy the eight limbs are certain dos & donts, how u ought to treat others & live decently etc…

Thats what I do

5 sets, 30 seconds each, regular and side planks. Has helped my back too, since planks strengthen the core without any of the bending/twisting that you do with many core exercises.
