Wow i have made it to my 1 month mark. It has been a struggle every day. I finally went and got some help today, which was much needed and someone to talk to. Thanks everyone for your support.

No it was not an easy decision, I felt I could do it on my own, but I can’t. I felt so weak for getting help, but I now realize I need help. Thank you for your support
