As some of you know I am in a inpatient therapeutic community also known as ATC this morning I have woken up on the wrong side of the bed every little thing this morning just TICKS my 💣 & my 💣 is ready to go 📴 PLEASE 🥺 somebody/someone/anybody/anyone PLEASE 🥺 HELP ME!!!!!!!
I have had those days. Just breathe deeply and focus on that. Try to find the things/places that make you happy and visualize yourself with those things and in those places.
These types of feelings can pass quickly with a change of focus or physiology. If visualization doesn’t help, try jumping up and down while looking at a light. May sound strange, but it’s proven to improve mood. You can also try putting a pencil in your mouth sideways, it forces a smile and zaps the brain receptors with dopamine. I have “forced” a smile more times than I can count.
