For the first time tonight I did a full yoga session, at home just watching you tube instruction. This is my 5th day sober and nothing was completely relieving until this. Anyone who is struggling I recommend yoga stay beautiful

I do trauma yoga .I find that very usefull.
I do yin yoga and LOVE it.
The new studio near me is offering this now. I might check it out at some point.

Yoga really helped me in the early days. I still do it regularly as part of my exercise plan

I have a subscription to Gaia.com which I love. When I stopped incorporating yoga into my recovery plan is when I started having problems again.
