Thanks Derek, hope you and the family are good buddy, I’m good, still on the internet a lot less and feeling better for it, nearly 1,000 days sober now and feeling great.

Snow here up in the Highlands in Scotland and I have the week off so heading skiing tomorrow and can’t wait.

Work is incredibly busy which is part of why I’m trying to limit my internet and screen time but I’ve probably had my best year ever - promises coming true.

Hope everyone is good, will try and catch up over Christmas with whats been going on.
