Jazzy is focussing on coping with her symptoms, working on diet/habits and otherwise on top of things :hugs: Workload was heavy lately which increased her symptoms but she is fine.

Greetings to all you lovely folks, she misses TS. Still no outside distractions.

Hi hi dear friend!!! I’m not so much on TS anymore. My main tool is AA. I have this anazing sponsor, my sobriety date is 11.11.2025 so I am currently sober for 3.5 months and life is going in the correct direction. Going to a lot of f2f Meetings, online meetings, doing step work and putting my sobriety at first.

How are you? Missing you
