I decided to pop into zoom for a bit then left to do my training, but not enough time to finish before I pick up my grocery order and little guy. Oops! I’ll finish tomorrow

Your be ok Conor hold on in there it will finally pick up I know how you feel I’m very up and down myself don’t be hard on ysself about I believe most of the world are very up n down ATM what’s happened would definitely of affected ppl especially with mental health (depression)be loving and kind to yourself
