Hey Maria, good to see you are still getting into the zoom calls. I’m really good I have a read of TS in the morning when I first wake up but as most of the posts happen while I’m asleep I don’t feel like I have much to add I try to reach out in real life more as I struggle a little with connecting through text, I guess that’s why I enjoy the zoom meetings as it’s easier for me to connect in person.
Hopefully I will see you in there again soon, I mig have to have a late late night to catch the Euro crew

Awe shucks I think you are a f*cling rock star, the cards you have been dealt since starting your path in recovery blows my mind! And here you are dealing with everything sober Lockdown for you guys will eventually come to an end and when it does look out world

I participate in neurodynamic breathwork twice a week now ( derived from holotropic breathwork) and next to that these weeks there is a kind of a challenge online where daily 2 breathwork facilitators give meetings. So learning more and more ways to use breathwork. since for me I learned the hip once are to powerfull and make my nervous system shut down. I always wanted to push through to get to the core of the trauma, but now very gradually I learn that my trauma will not be pushed out as it is already the way it got in there.
very interesting to deeply immerse in in again and learn that I still try to fight my way out breathwork is realy intereseting stuff… I use it also in almost every class I teach so very helpfull to learn different kinds of breathwork next to the yogi pranayama types. Do you do breathwork?
