Zoom Meeting - Saturdays

Hey Maria, good to see you are still getting into the zoom calls. I’m really good :relieved: I have a read of TS in the morning when I first wake up but as most of the posts happen while I’m asleep I don’t feel like I have much to add :woman_shrugging: I try to reach out in real life more as I struggle a little with connecting through text, I guess that’s why I enjoy the zoom meetings as it’s easier for me to connect in person.
Hopefully I will see you in there again soon, I mig have to have a late late night to catch the Euro crew :pray:

I participate in neurodynamic breathwork twice a week now ( derived from holotropic breathwork) and next to that these weeks there is a kind of a challenge online where daily 2 breathwork facilitators give meetings. So learning more and more ways to use breathwork. since for me I learned the hip once are to powerfull and make my nervous system shut down. I always wanted to push through to get to the core of the trauma, but now very gradually I learn that my trauma will not be pushed out as it is already the way it got in there.
very interesting to deeply immerse in in again and learn that I still try to fight my way out :wink: breathwork is realy intereseting stuff… I use it also in almost every class I teach so very helpfull to learn different kinds of breathwork next to the yogi pranayama types. Do you do breathwork?
