I was a bit anxious about my therapy session today bc Iāve just gotten a new therapist and talking about my DOC. There were many misunderstandings in our previous session but today was really really good. Went for a semi-forced walk and been procrastinating the rest of the day.

Whatever has happened look past it. We are sick alcoholics and donāt always get on. When you work the 12 steps you end up getting spiritually better so stuff like that doesnāt happen 
I wonāt be with you tonight guys but Iāll join for a bit Tuesday. If youāre lucky it might be for longer than 10 minutes
