16.9 days sobor. 6 days out of the hospital 3 days off pain killers from the hospital 1 day from last dr visit… Mentally ready…I am 45 great job great wife (2) and stepmom to the kids … 3 beautiful teenagers my oldest son almost 17 my twin beautiful 14 year old twins…16.9 day’s ago I started the rest of my life. I’m having physical pain at the moment I either exercise cardio or weights or dancing on the couch to music. I’m struggling not with wanting a drink even though I’m watching a 49 football game, this surprised me. I am struggling with 30 years of damage on me inside and outside. that is my story so far 16.9 days sober
