Hi im Alana! Im 27, and drank for 6 years straight. At first it was because of grief losing 12 friends in 5 years is never easy, then came abusive relationship which I have been out of for 3 years! But the panic disorder and ptsd that came with it I never imagined so I used alcohol to push it all down. So im here to stay strong push through this addiction and be the best version of myself that I can be.
