I was diagnosed with Bi Polar 1 after I had a severe episode of mania whilst visiting my long time boyfriend in LA. He left me due to my mental illness and I never forgave myself for it so I put all the blame on myself and drank my sorrows away. It’s been over two years since I’ve been an alcoholic and May 15 2019 is my first day sober. I am here for you to help you on your journey. And I am always open for a great conversation and motivation.
