I’m 39 in recovery from alcohol and narcotics(pretty much any pill I could get my hands on I took). I was drinking and mixing the pills with straight vodka. In addition I suffer from a traumatic brain injury along with severe medical issues. With all the combination I had a major seizure on May 25,2019 that has led me to have a few more and I am currently in a wheel chair for stability as I’m very shaky. I know it’s only temporary but it’s very hard. I attend 4 out patient meetings weekly for support as I live alone and im single. I have lost a lot of friends and family due to my addiction so I have found this app to connect for additional support to help me maintain my sobriety and connect with others to help them as well.
