Hi I am Diane and I am a binge drinker. I work long shifts as I am a nurse and usually will have a few glasses of wine to help me unwind after a busy shift but it doesn’t usually stop there. I can’t control how much I drink. I never drink when I’m working that day or night. I am trying to stop altogether now. Any help would be great.
