Widow of Vietnam Veteran. Come from family of heavy drinkers. Husband an alcoholic as a consequence of his war service. Moved to a new location 3 years ago. Have finally decided at age 71 to become a non drinker. My youngest brother also a Vietnam Veteran, is an alcoholic but he has been sober now for 20 yrs. I really want to lose weight and keep healthy.
