I have been drinking too much most of my life . It started as binge drinking and 5 years ago it turned into every second day and every time I had anxiety , was stressed , was happy …. Any excuse really … I managed to cut down to twice a week and then I realised it wasn’t fun anymore it was medicine . I decided to turn my life around and I’m hoping this app will be a good support on my journey
