Hi, I’m Kate! I’m 19 and studying in college.

I have struggled with self harm(SH) for many years. While I still struggle sometimes, I have been clean of SH for over 1,000 days now!

I have been dealing with symptoms which we haven’t found a cause for yet. These often trigger my urges, so that’s what I’m struggling with most right now.
