Greetings!

36 years in this world and more than half a life time of alcohol abuse. My story is not much different from many of those struggling with alcoholism. Bouts with the law, 2 stints in rehab, a mountain and a hill of mistakes, and a river of regret. My name is Marc. A writer, musician, entrepreneur, all of which begins with the word- “Struggling”. I am here on Talking Sober because I desire life and a chance at experiencing it for what it really is: Opportunity, experience, and meaning. As of January 6, 2019, I am now 176 days sober and am still on the first chapter of the rest of my life. I am looking for a support structure to better my recovery, learn, and give back.
